Garth Owen Fish Bar have been frying the best Fish & Chips for the last decade. Only the finest ingredients make it into our food. At Garth Owen Fish Bar we batter every single cod fillet to order, fry every chip fresh 6 days a week. We only use the finest 100% cod fillets, freshly battered for each order. We wash, peel and chip potatoes every day, using no chemicals what so ever to preserve the chip. The chips we provide are pre-cooked at a certain temperature in Rapeseed oil for that crispy bite.
